LATTYgraf O2 braid, specially designed and produced on a dedicated line, ensures optimum reliability and safety for valve sealing in oxygen service, whether liquid or gaseous. Manufactured from expanded graphite wires sheathed in ≥ 98% pure Inconel, this braid has been specifically developed to meet the requirements of high-temperature, high-pressure applications, particularly in the presence of oxygen. It also incorporates an oxidation inhibitor, guaranteeing enhanced resistance in oxidizing and highly oxidizing environments. This braid is distinguished by its high mechanical strength, making it particularly effective against extrusion and high pressures. Its compact structure is ideal for environments subject to high mechanical stress. What's more, it has good die-forging properties, and is easy to remove with conventional tools. LATTYgraf O2 is produced on a dedicated line, with packaging tailored to oxygen service requirements, and is available in lengths or rings, guaranteeing a quality solution for the most demanding environments.
