Factory pre-set and tested standard housing, ensuring fast and reliable commissioning. It is independent of the direction of rotation and integrates type B 4212 mechanical seals as well as a lifetime-greased angular contact ball bearing capable of accommodating an angular misalignment of \u00b1 0.5\u00b0. Its design requires no pivoting adjustment shims, simplifying installation and maintenance.<\/p>\n
The system accommodates thermal expansion of the shaft with an axial displacement of \u00b1 2 mm, without affecting performance. In the event of pressure reversal in the vessel, the product-side mechanical seal remains fully operational thanks to the retained stationary ring. The assembly also withstands high starting torques thanks to shrink-fitted stationary rings. The clamped drive collar prevents any shaft marking, while the independence of the two mechanical seals ensures enhanced safety in double seal configurations.
